  • All students who read ten (10) chapter books with a minimum of 150 pages each are eligible for special recognition during the Back to School night in September.  There are some suggestions on the page listed below and on the booklist pages on our website.
  • Great CATS incentives will be given to those who join.
  • Fill out the reading log below and return it to your Advisory teacher during the first day of school.

Where do I get a chaper book?
- The public library - It's free.  Check out their website for local branch information and their summer reading program.  They also have some great booklists available.
- The used book store, thrift stores or garage sales - Books don't have to be expensive to be good.  Sometimes, when a book is worn, you know it has been well loved and read by many people.
- A new book store or any store - Open your eyes to find books in unexpected places.
- Ask a friend for a recommendation or the loan of a book.  If you like the same things you friend likes, there is a good chance you will like the same books.
