Collins Family Jewelers, located in the Mira Mesa Mall, become our newest partner after signing the formal agreement with the district.  They are a family-owned business who have been in the Mira Mesa area for many years.  We are proud to formalize their assistance through the district's Partnerships in Education Program. Without a doubt, our students will benefit from their support.

 

AMEC is a international engineering services company and long-time educational partner of Challenger. The local branch recently donated $1,000 to support the school’s new Community, Attitude, Tolerance and Scholarship (CATS) character education program.  They also sponsor a leadership award in the memory of one of their managers, Marissa Aguirre-Gaumond, who was very involved with Challenger.  AMEC Manager Barry Snyder is pictured here with our Parent Volunteer and Educational Partnership Coordinator Pam O'Donohoe.

 

Souplantation has also supported Challenger for many years.  Besides fulfilling many special requests, they supply delicious and healthy food for a staff appreciation luncheon every year.  The nearest local restaurant is located in the Mira Mesa Mall.
